Lucence Insight PLUS
Lucence is an Singaporean company with presence in the USA.
Their research was supported by the Singaporean government.
Lucence Insight PLUS uses an Amplicon based method with 400+ specific "tags" which are double labeled to reduce error rates, and probes specifically for the 400+ gene mutations in 80 genes known to be associated with active cancer.
Custom Amplicon design allows for targeting of single base-pair mutations, insertions/deletions, copy number alterations, translocations, fusions, microsatellite instability (MSI), as well as oncogenic viruses (HepB/EBV).

Lucence Insight Plus has an 80.8% overall sensitivity for detecting covered cancers of all stages with 99.0% specificity.​

Advantages
